Job scope for Coordinator

- Entertain clients’ requests for tutors via telephone calls, email and other mediums.

- Get the suitable tutor from our database and other sources to be recommended to clients.

- Ensure client is satisfied with the tutor and handle the collection of the first payment from client (via online).

- A job is considered successfully closed once the first payment is received from client.

- Assist manager on some administrative tasks and marketing tasks.

 

Requirements:

- Can speak fluently in English & Malay 

- Goal-oriented & resourceful

- Hungry and will not settle just for the basic salary.

- Have self-discipline, organized & strong problem-solving skill

- Have a ‘can do’ spirit & not someone who likes to come up with excuses

- Able to work under limited or no supervision

- Able to work in a team & is a team player

- Must be computer literate, IT savvy & fast learner

- Must have your own laptop

- The working shift:

Monday & Tuesday 1pm-10pm, Wednesday 4-10pm

Weekends 10am-9pm, break 1-2pm & 7-8pm

Offdays: Thursday & Friday

 

- Can write well in English & Malay

- Having experience in Sales & Customer Service is a plus

- This is a full-time job.

 

Benefits:

- Meetings will be conducted mostly online. You don’t need to come to the office every day.

- Your income will be determined by how many jobs you managed to close. The more you close, the higher your income will be.

Remuneration

During probationary period of 3 months, basic salary is RM1000 + 2.5% commission from gross profit of the jobs you closed.  (around RM1050/month or more)

Once you are confirmed, basic salary is RM1500 + 5% commission from gross profit of the jobs you closed (around RM1650/month or more). If you managed to achieve RM10,000 or more in monthly gross profit, commission for that month will be 10% (around RM2500/month or more).

Vacancy: Online/Digital Marketing Exec (Work from home)

Job Scope:
• Plan & manage all digital marketing efforts.
• The main goal is to generate high number of quality leads/prospects for the Coordinator team
• Manage online advertisements, mainly through Google Adwords & FB Ads to increase leads & brand awareness
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts & ROI using web analytics tools like Google Analytics & FB Ads Tools
• Concentrate on SEO efforts for our website, through keywords optimization & contents
• Post content on our social medias: Facebook Page, YouTube Channel & Instagram
• Organize email marketing campaigns and maintain email subscribers lists via MailChimp.
• Work with our team to execute the marketing plan & effort
• Acquire insights in online marketing trends & keep strategies up to date

Requirements:
• Good at writing marketing messages/copy-writing in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Have the mindset of a marketing person – understand how to identify the customer, their needs & the strategy to market company’s service/product to them
• Know how to use any image editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Piktochart or others
• Knowledge in these tools will be advantageous. If you don’t, then we will provide training:
         - SEO, Google Adwords, FB Ads & Google Analytics.
         - MovieMaker , Adobe Premiere or other video editing software
• Have passion & willing to work extra hours to achieve your targets
• Goal-oriented, resourceful & have self-initiative
• Hungry and will not settle just for the basic salary.
• Have self-discipline, organized, strong researching & problem-solving skill
• Have a ‘can do’ spirit & not someone who likes to come up with excuses
• Must have your own laptop
• Working hours are flexible (to be determined later) as long as you can complete the tasks given & achieve your targets, but you need to be reachable by phone between 10am- 7pm weekdays
• Having an experience/background in marketing is a plus, but not necessary
• Must be able to come to Kajang or office in Shah Alam for the occasional meetings and trainings.
• This is a full-time job

• Commission 1% if manage to achieve RM60,000 gross profit (total salary around RM7,500/month)

Our mission is to be the main place to go in Malaysia for parents & learners to search for individual or group class, for academic & non-academic lessons. We work hard to make it easy to find tutors or educators here, while having a system that will protect clients from non-genuine educators. Our website was launched in August 2013, and now we have more than 1700 registered tutors.  For 2016, we aim to launch 2 more exciting projects related to education. Main tasks:

- Create & monitor Facebook Advertisement

- Create & monitor Google Adwords Advertisement

- Create & monitor content marketing (e.g write short articles, write blog post, update FB status)

- Manage our social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube)

- Suggest & execute other online/offline marketing efforts

- In summary, your goal is to generate as many leads/prospects as possible for the Sales team

 

Requirements:

- Can speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

- Can write status/ short articles in Bahasa Malaysia & English

- Know how to use FB Advertisement, Google AdWords, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

- Creative

- Can design attractive image, poster using Photoshop or Illustrator

- Understand how SEO & Google Analytics works

- Have passion n willing to work extra hours in order to achieve your target

Main tasks:

 

- Collect payment from client via phone and online banking

- Make payment to tutors via online banking

- Issue payment receipts to clients and tutors

- Update any changes regarding schedule or classes in the system

- Handle issues from clients & tutors regarding payment, schedules & others

- Update record and accounts of payment

 

Other tasks:

Assist manager on administrative tasks

 

Requirements:

 

- Can speak Bahasa Melayu & English fluently.

- Preferably Muslim

- Organized, resourceful, have self-discipline & must be able to meet deadlines

- Must be computer literate, IT savvy & fast learner

- Can be strict & firm when dealing with tutors & clients

- A problem solver, tactful, patient, understanding and have empathy.

- Can write properly in Bahasa Melayu & English. Know how to explain things in a simple way.

- Thorough in your work & have attention to detail

- Have passion n willing to work extra hours in order to achieve your target

- Must have your own laptop

- Working hours are flexible (to be determined later) as long as you can complete the tasks given but you need to be contactable during 9-6 pm weekdays

- Having experience in accounting/ have background in accounting is a plus, but not necessary

- Must be able to come to Kota Damansara or office in Shah Alam for the occasional meetings and trainings.

- This is a full time job.

Untuk tahun baru 2015 ini, TutorKami.com dengan kerjasama Pusat Tuisyen Efektif Shah Alam akan mengadakan buat pertama kalinya apa yang dinamakan seminar 'Train the Tutor'. Seminar ini adalah khas untuk cikgu tuisyen atau tutor dan juga sesiapa yang bercadang untuk menjadi cikgu tuisyen full time atau part time. Seminar ini amat unik kerana ia menggabungkan 3 trainer dari 3 kepakaran dan latar belakang. Trainer pertama ialah Cikgu Noorhaida Sukardi, seorang cikgu sekolah dan juga merupakan guru pakar untuk subjek Kimia SPM. Trainer kedua ialah seorang Cikgu Raheel Noorsham, seorang cikgu tuisyen full time, dan juga merupakan pengetua di Pusat Tuisyen Efektif.
