SCORE A+ IN SPM BIOLOGY, CHEMISTRY and PHYSICS WITH CONFIDENCE

I have 8 years of experience teaching SPM classes in renowned Boarding School and Cluster School. I am very familiar with marking standard and question setting. In my class, I will equipped my students with answering techniques in Paper 2 and Paper 3 Biology/ Chemistry.

I am an experienced tutor for one-to-one tuition or small group tuition. My approach is result oriented (donâ€™t make me wrong, itâ€™s not drilling alone, it is about making the right study plan) aiming at producing  students that are confident not only to score A+ and A  in exam but also in learning process. (Discussion with parents will be conducted from time to time to ensure the successful execuation of plan.)

We canâ€™t deny that practise makes perfect. During drilling process, different sets of questions will be given to make sure students manage to score LOTs question and attempt skillfully HOTs questions. Moreover, I am also skillful at making abstract and difficult concepts to things that can be grabbed easily. It is important to relate the knowledge to daily life. Throughout my teaching career, i realise that students treat learning as putting as much as things in their brain, rather than actively searching for solutions to their problems. Thus, I will approach each topic by sparking â€˜question markâ€™ in studentsâ€™ minds first before explaining a concept.

Syllabuses are huge, so summarising using mind map (which is also one of my strength) should be a compulsory skills that must be mastered by students. More importantly, I place my priority working with students in a variety way to make sure students enjoy Biology and subsequently gain confidence to score A+ in Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics.
